Warranty Policy

STöK products are covered by a 1-year off-site warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period is effective for one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) is required to claim warranty service.

During the warranty period, STöK will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product or part that is deemed defective under normal use and service. Consumers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with warranty service. This includes: Shipping the product to the STöK service center for repair. Shipping the repaired product back to the customer after service.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage incurred during shipping or repair.
  • Products used for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.

STöK reserves the right to inspect the product and verify warranty eligibility.
STöK’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product, at its discretion.
Repair or replacement may involve the use of refurbished or equivalent parts.
STöK shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.
